Cook With Janie wanted to promote their new book: I Love Chocolate, I Love Thermomix using videos demonstrating a couple of recipes from the book.

They enlisted the help of a previous winner of BBC Bake Off’s Creme de la Creme and master chocolatier; Mark Tilling, who’s recipes feature in the book.
